The singer, composer and instrumentalist Daniel Cros has released a new album titled ‘Aquello era entonces, esto es ahora’. (That was then, this is now).

It is an album of careful production where this elegant performer and inspired composer and lyricist reflects the continuous coming and going in time with songs like ‘Nunca nada volverá a ser lo mismo’, ‘Siempre es demasiado tiempo’, ‘Palante’ or «Este loco agosto en pleno mes de abril’.

There are eleven new songs in Spanish, of which Cros is the author and in which he sings, plays the piano, guitar and lute and has arrangements by Joan-Alber Amargós and Alfredo Reyes.

There are notable instrumental collaborations, such as those of the guitarist David Torras, of the group Ai Ai Ai, the Brazilian singer Yara Beilinson, or the Cubans Yoan Sánchez, Abel Herrera the gypsy and Angá the Indian, put at the service of a rhythmic eclecticism that allows them to emerge. the optimistic texts full of sense of humor by Daniel Cros. The song ‘Palante’, to the rhythm of Catalan rumba, has been chosen as the first single and video clip.
